The KU Advising Network is open to all individuals employed at the University of Kansas. This includes, but is not limited to, academic advisors, faculty members, administrators, counselors, and others whose interests and work are related to academic advising. While the KUAN focuses primarily on those who support and advise undergraduate students, the network is open to those who work with other populations including graduate and professional students.

Joining is easy! Send an email to By becoming a general member of the KUAN, you are subscribing to the newsletter and will be added to the KUAN listserv to receive updates and event invites.

Why should I join?

In addition to being added to the newsletter mailing list and KUAN listserv, you will gain access to the KU Advising Network site in Microsoft Teams. In this site, you will find:
